Refund Policy

Vandal provides access to app features digitally. How to get a refund depends on where you paid.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refunds follow that store’s rules and are handled through its billing and procedures. We cannot issue a refund ourselves for a payment processed by Apple or Google.

To get a refund for such a purchase, use the refund procedure of the store you paid through.

Payments on the website in Russia

Paying for Vandal Plus on our website by card or via SBP is available only in Russia, and refunds for those payments are described in the Russian version of this policy.

When a refund may be refused

A refund may be refused where applicable law allows it, including:

• systematic abuse of refunds;
• abuse related to payment reversals through a bank (chargebacks);
• if the paid Vandal Plus period has already been partly used, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
